1. Agreement and operator
By accessing or using VOUT, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. VOUT is operated by Yunshi Lianchuang (Xiamen) Technology Co., Ltd.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement where you live.
2. Self-custody and your responsibilities
VOUT provides software that lets you control wallet keys on your device. We do not take custody of Bitcoin or RGB assets and cannot reverse blockchain transactions, sign on your behalf, or restore missing keys, passwords, or RGB client-side state.
You are responsible for:
- protecting your device, wallet passcode, and backup password;
- creating and testing an encrypted full-state backup;
- verifying recipients, assets, amounts, fees, and network before sending;
- keeping the app and operating system updated;
- complying with laws, taxes, and sanctions that apply to you.
3. Private beta and protocol risks
The beta may contain defects, experience downtime, change data formats, or require migration. Bitcoin fees and confirmations can vary. RGB transfers depend on Bitcoin anchors, client-side state, compatible counterparties, and proof delivery.
Do not use the beta for large balances, emergency funds, or funds you cannot afford to lose. A feature shown in development or documentation is not a promise that it is available in your build.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use VOUT to:
- violate law, sanctions, or the rights of another person;
- harass, defraud, impersonate, or distribute unlawful content;
- probe, overload, bypass, or interfere with service security;
- send malware, spam, or automated traffic that harms the service;
- misrepresent an asset, issuer, invitation, or payment request.
We may restrict social-service access to protect users, comply with law, or respond to abuse. This does not give us control over your self-custodial on-chain funds.
6. Third-party networks and services
VOUT interoperates with Bitcoin, RGB software, indexers, app stores, hosting, messaging infrastructure, and other third-party services. Their availability and behavior are outside our control and may be governed by separate terms.
7. Software and content
VOUT and its branding, interface, and service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the beta for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership.
8. No financial advice; disclaimers
VOUT does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Asset names, balances, issuers, or messages displayed by the app are not endorsements.
To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VOUT and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of keys, client-side state, assets, profits, data, access, or goodwill arising from the beta. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
10. Changes and termination
We may update the beta and these terms. The current version and effective date will be published here. You may stop using VOUT at any time, but removing the app without a tested recovery may make wallet data unrecoverable.
11. Governing terms
Applicable governing law, venue, consumer protections, and dispute procedures may depend on your jurisdiction and the final launch markets. Nothing in these terms removes rights that local law makes non-waivable.
12. Contact

4. Social features
Usernames, chat, groups, images, invitations, and notifications are networked services separate from wallet custody. Other users control what they send. VOUT does not endorse user-generated content, asset issuers, payment requests, or invitations.
