Include the app version, device model, what you expected, and what appeared. A public transaction ID is optional; never send secrets.

If VOUT reports that wallet Core, RGB migration, or local data needs attention, keep the app and its data intact. Reinstalling can remove the only recoverable client-side state.

A seed alone may not restore RGB client-side state. Export an encrypted full-state archive and rehearse the restore on another device before relying on it.
